Ordering online? Here's one of the best deals I have come across in a long time.
One of the main reasons I hedge on making purchases online is the shipping costs. Sure, I can find lots of deals, but the shipping cost will negate the savings. A lot of the time the cost gets bumped up to where its cheaper to drive into town for an in store purchase. I live about 15 miles from town. I once figured it costs about 5-6 dollars in gas to drive to town for any reason. One gallon of gas each way.
Here is a website that lists free shipping on purchases. They list over 4,000 Name Brand stores. Before spending the time and gas, be sure to check them out. The item you're looking for could be shipped to your door for the same in store price. How valuable is your time?

Coupons
Interested in coupons? Do you spend time cutting them out of the newspaper? I used to do this, and saved 50 to 100 dollars weekly. After the local grocery store closed down, I got away from doing it.
Coupons are big business, and you can now access them online.
I heard that Google offered the owner of Groupon 6 Billion dollars for the business and was turned down.
That says a lot about the business of coupons!
Two sites that I have signed up for are Groupon, and Living Social. The way it works is you tell them the city closest to where you live. They will then send you a daily coupon deal from a business in that city.
I received a coupon for 10 dollars off at a local restaurant the next day after I signed up.
Groupon and Living Social send you coupons from different businesses.
There are web sites reserved for grocery coupons. My problem is I don't take the time to go to the grocery websites before I go shopping. I like that about Groupon and Living Social, I don't have to go to their website for the coupon, its there in my inbox.
Check out Living Social

Sell Real Estate
Ever consider selling Real Estate?
There are a lot of niche areas you can specialize in besides listing and selling a house.
How about staging a house? Or appraisals?
I have a friend who started a business appraising houses. He now has a full time business with 3 appraisers working for him. Another friend works full time as a home inspector.
I have a aunt that lives on a large lake. In the real estate listings book, she advertises that she specializes in properties on that lake. When I had my rentals, a agent managed a couple of my properties.
The point is you don't have to settle for being a general agent. Specialize.
It starts with taking the real estate course. In my area, a broker friend who sells real estate also teaches this course, (another niche!)
Then start your career with a office that will continue with your education, and teach you the ins and outs of how to sell real estate.
I took the real estate course years ago, and this was stressed at the end of the class. Always try to continue to learn about real estate. After you complete the class, you will be contacted by brokers wanting you to work for them.
Let everyone know you are now selling real estate. You will get your first listings from people you know.
A lady in my factory gets all her listings from people who work there. In Indiana, you have to be a agent for 2 years before you can get your brokers license.
Start part-time, continue your education, learn the business. It could develop into a full time job and income. I personally know of several people who have done this. You can too....
